Reprogramme your negative thought patterns in less than 15 minutes.
All you need is a pen, some paper and a willingness to look inward.
There I was, trapped in a negative cycle.
I was unhappy with my job,
frustrated with having a boss,
and felt like I was stuck in a never-ending loop of dissatisfaction.
My internal self-talk was harsh, driven by what I didn’t want rather than what I did want.
I was trying my hardest to build my own business and make money online, but
I struggled to connect with people, find the right clients and promote myself and my business.
Honestly, here was the main problem: I was so desperate to quit my job that I started acting out of desperation instead of positive intentions. I felt like an imposter, and people could see right through me.
This caused major anxiety, and I couldn’t see how to run my business. This meant I would cower away from promoting myself and my services.
While this was unfortunate, it went even deeper than that. You see, it really meant giving up on the idea of becoming a solopreneur and instead going back and doing work that I wasn’t passionate about.
However, things quickly changed when I had a conversation with my doctor. He asked me a question that would forever change how I saw my own psyche: “Are you motivated to achieve your goals by receiving a positive reward or by avoiding pain?”
This awakened something within me. I could see how my motivation for doing everything was all wrong. I’d been whipping myself with negative self-talk for years. What I needed to do instead was focus on the reward of my actions.
At that moment, it became crystal clear to me how to change my thoughts to align with my goals. It seemed to make sense why other people were achieving the same goals I wanted to achieve.
At this point, I grew excited and decided to take charge of my situation.
It started with journaling my negative thoughts and transforming them into positive ones. I decided to do this by writing down everything I was trying to avoid and reframing them into positive desires—things I actually felt excited to work on.
After that, I began to ask myself some tough questions while journaling. This evolved into a ritual that I perfected over time.
I noticed a massive difference in my psyche. Not only did I feel happier, but with this technique, I also stopped smoking, started attracting great clients, and built my business based on my values. I cut my hours to part-time and began transitioning from my teaching job.
Building on this experience, I decided to keep refining this journaling technique. Every time I hit a mental block, I would return to the journal and figure out where I was stuck. This technique became so powerful that I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself, so I made a short video teaching this technique.
Once you’ve learned it, you can do it whenever you feel stuck in less than 10 minutes.
I decided to name it the Mind Reset Journaling Technique.
I call it this because every time I did it, I felt like I had hit the reboot button on my mind’s operating system. I started seeing everything in a new positive light.
With the Mind Reset Journaling Technique, I can now overcome any mental blocks I face by sitting down with a pen and some paper for 15 minutes. It’s allowed me to overcome my limiting beliefs and become a new person. Thanks to this technique, I’ve managed to earn money online and begin my journey towards becoming a full-time creator.
This system is quick, easy and something you can come back to again and again when you’re feeling stuck. If that sounds good, sign up with your email, and I’ll send you a quick video explaining the Mind Reset technique.
